All new from Crank Brothers - the Candy 1 pedals feature a composite body, steel spindle and wings to bring them to a mere 262g per pair... that's pretty light for the money.
Being a new design we inspected closely to see how they differ and we are pleased to say that all the key features you want in a CB pedal are there. They have 150% stronger spindles (they pass CEN by the way) and have a new thicker and better performing bush.
You can even upgrade them by adding a needle bearing like the 2, 3, and 11 - don't tell anyone we said that...
