The cube 2012 reaction comes with cube's HPA or high Performance Aluminium frame. The HPA is essentially a triple butted 7005 aluminium tube with hydroforming welding to create seamless tube junctions. The Reaction is the same race ready frame as the HPC model in an alloy version. For some riders this is a better option particularly if you are hard on your bike. For a minimal weight penalty you can have a more rugged race bike. Get up late, woof down some Weetabix, chuck your bike in the back of the car. Arrive 5 minutes before sign on closes, down a red bull and smash the competition. If this is how you roll, then the Reaction is definitely your bike!
