A new product from Ortlieb the Trunk Bag has a Tizip waterproof zipper, padded shoulder strap, 2 zippered outer pockets (these ones are not waterproof so be careful fo what you put in them) - there is a rear light mount on the, well, rear so you can stay safe as well!
