POC VPD Joint Knees are far and away the best product on the market for the job.
2010 sees some major re-working of the knee pad - now it comes with side protection panels to help protect the side of your knees from hitting your bike and rocks when you come off.
There is an improved grip strip on the inside to make sure they stay put and they are a little more ventilated than last year.
