Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment via the Iridium Secure online payment system. It will authorize us to debit the amount of your purchase. It also helps you be secure on line as it uses the lastest 3D Secure system.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling - Free to the UK
Goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock we will notify you to give you an idea of expected delivery dates so make sure you leave us your telephone number! We are a bike shop with real humans who like to speak so we make an effort to make sure you are kept informed at all times.
If for some reason the item has become out of stock or there is a problem then we will call you as soon as we can to inform you. Please bear in mind some items may take a little longer than others. We will do our best to make sure you are happy with any waiting times and we will do everything in our power to minimise them!
Back Orders and Pre Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
From time to time we will list new stock items in advance of them being available for shipping. This is so you can do some research on the new items and we can show you shiny things before they are available. The intention is that you can Pre Order them so you have a secured order for the item as generally any new item will be in short supply initially. If in any doubt at all then please once again get in touch with us to explain and provide more details.
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added/included where applicable.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. <All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.>
