Folding trainer for those who want to get fitter in the 'off season' when no one suspects it!
The Speedmatic is the simplest model in the range and comes with everything you need to get cracking at your fitness target.
It is compatible with 26" an 700c wheels so will work with all bikes basically. The controller allows you to set 10 different resistance levels - you basically just keep cranking up the difficulty level to suit you.
To enhance your use of this trainer we would recommed an HRM from Polar and perhaps a Tacx Skyliner also. Otherwise though it's a great wee product.
