The tangy flavours are easy to drink and while they wouldn't be something I would be keen to have just as a normal drink they are just the ticket while on a long ride. They are not the thing to immediately revive you if you are starting to bonk (try the gels for that) but regular sips will keep you going much longer than mere water.
Having tried many different carbo drinks over the years, this is the one I will be sticking with. And they come in handy "one shot" tins too so the nervous can try it out withough buying a whole tub. |
